  1. Information We Collect Vaulto collects only the information you provide directly: name, email address, and financial data you enter manually (transactions, budgets, goals). We do not collect sensitive financial information such as bank account numbers, credit card details, or any information from your bank accounts.
  2. How We Use Your Information We use your data solely to provide the Vaulto budgeting service and sync your data across devices. We do not use your data for advertising, analytics, or any purpose other than operating the app. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with any third parties.
  3. Data Storage Your data is stored securely using Supabase cloud infrastructure with row-level security enabled. Each user can only access their own data. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information, however no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Use of this app is at your own risk.
  4. Third-Party Services Vaulto uses the following third-party services:

Supabase — data storage and authentication. Privacy policy: supabase.com/privacy

RevenueCat — subscription and in-app purchase management. RevenueCat processes purchase receipts and subscription status on our behalf. Privacy policy: revenuecat.com/privacy

Apple App Store — payment processing for all in-app purchases. Apple handles all payment transactions. We do not store your payment information.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these third-party services.

  1. In-App Purchases Vaulto offers optional in-app purchases including a monthly subscription (Vaulto Pro) and a consumable item (Streak Freeze). All purchases are processed by Apple. Subscription management and cancellation is available through your Apple ID Account Settings.
  2. Account and Data Deletion You can delete your account and all associated data at any time directly in the app via Settings → Delete Account. Upon deletion, all your personal data will be permanently and immediately removed from our servers. This action cannot be undone.
  3. Disclaimer of Liability Vaulto is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The app is intended for personal budgeting purposes only and does not constitute financial advice. We are not responsible for any financial decisions, losses, or damages of any kind arising from your use of the app.
  4. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vaulto and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any other losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the app.
  5. Children's Privacy Vaulto is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it immediately.
  6. Changes to This Policy We may update this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
